Shipping policy
1.1 Shipping options
RSL WA only offers domestic shipping within Australia. We do not accept international orders. If you are an international RSL member and wish to purchase merchandise, please email us in the first instance at: marketing@rslwa.org.au
We charge a flat rate of $19.95 for all orders.
1.2 Handling times
All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days to prepare for shipping.
1.3 Other important notes
Orders placed on Friday after midday (AWST) or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday.
All orders are non-refundable, and all sales are final. By placing an order on our website customers agree to these terms.
1.4 Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for an item based on colour, size or personal preference.
Whist we endeavour to manage quality control, sometimes things go wrong. If you receive an incorrect order, or if the item is damaged or faulty please contact our customer support team within 2 business days of receiving your package and we will advise you of what to do next. When emailing regarding a fault or damage please attach pictures of the item clearly showing the damage or fault so we can consider it for refund or exchange.
Exclusions:
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase.
- Items that are not in their original packaging with tags attached cannot be returned.
- Items with noticeable wear, stains, rips etc cannot be returned.
